-> Technical difficulties caused by the customer’s device, operating system, software, browser, internet connection, or inability to use digital files properly.
-> The customer failed to review the product description, format details, system requirements, or usage information before completing the purchase.
Important information regarding refund requests:
-> All refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of the original purchase date to be eligible for review.
-> Requests must include valid proof of purchase, such as an order number or transaction confirmation, along with a clear explanation of the issue encountered.
-> Each request is reviewed individually to ensure a fair, transparent, and consistent decision-making process.
-> Approved refunds are issued only to the original payment method used at checkout and cannot be redirected to alternative accounts.
